I believe this may be from the "Tahitian Lanai" Resturant (now sadly lost forever to the wrecking ball) that used to border the Ilikai Hotel (think Hawaii 5-0 opening music and Jack Lord on the top balcony of it) on Oahu. The lettering on it is almost identical to that on the menus. If anyone has any personal photo's of the TL could you kindly send me a scan?
