I have seen some Mr. Bali Hais with no paint on the eyes, which gives the feeling that his eyes are closed. Does anyone know if any of these were made this way?

The "Mr. Bali Hai" mug made by OMC for the Bali Hai restaurant in San Diego. Has a lid with two straw holes. One version has a flat bottom and the other has a concave bottom.
